Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized University.
Vacancy Description : •Provide proactive leadership, ownership and taking responsibility in the customer / account team environment. •Deliver Solutions according to the customer needs including BoM, BOQ, and preparing Technical Solution Documents (TSD)and network topology. • Efficient response to RFIs/RFPs that include post-tender activity. •Provide High and Low-level designs (HLD & LLD) based on the customer needs. • Plan, design and work directly with customer, account teams and business units to build Customer Requirements Documents (CRDs). •Develop and build a team that is responsible for pre-sales activities, define standards for performance, organization process, and collaboration and interaction across organizational boundaries. •Ensure customer satisfaction and Proactive communications with customers to achieve trusted relationship with them. •Deliver consistent product training, technology updates, release updates, and road map information. •Provide specific solution/technology/product consulting, technical and sales support for major account opportunities. •Manage and coordinate with all responsible parties to develop and implement problem solutions and prevent recurrence of issues • Analyze & translate complex customer's business requirements into comprehensive network solutions. •Cooperate with various Sales teams to architect solutions for current and future customers, and provides adaptable solutions for out-product offerings.
Vacancy Requirments : •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized University. •Experience from 5-8 years in similar role •Cisco Certified Engineer (CCNP and CCDP), CCIE is a must. •Previous strong working experience with Cisco technologies (Switching, Routing, Cisco DNA, Wireless and Collaboration). •Working experience with CRM and GP dynamics is a plus. •Good understanding of Network Security technologies and familiar with network working standards. •Manage Network team and follow up on the work progress •Follow up on clients’ demands and interface with customers. •Strong leadership skills, communication Skills (Verbal and Written) and presentation skills.
