Vacancy Description : Provide administrative and clerical support for the CEO office. Handle and organize meetings inside and outside the company. Responsible for taking minutes of meetings, comments, and details to provide general assistance during meetings. Deal with incoming emails and replies for necessary and urgent issues if required. Screen phone calls inquire and requested and handling them when appropriate Handle any needed signature from the CEO to sign in a timely manner. Responsible for scheduling CEO meetings Responsible for any internal communication from the CEO with managers and employees Arrange travel, visas, and accommodation for CEO and traveling employees Maintain filing system hard copy and soft copies Follow up on pending subjects and report the feedback independently
Vacancy Requirments : Bachelor degree in Business Administration from a reputable university 3-5 years of experience in the same role. Fluency in English is a must Multitasking and can work under pressure. Attention to detail Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Maintain Confidentiality. Flexible working hours when required
